You are not broken
Written for veterans but helpful for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, this book explains things in a simple, clear way. It shows that you are not broken. Your mind is reacting to what it has been through. You are still here, and that matters.
Inside the book
- What these "demons" really are, and why they show up
- Why your brain won't shut off, why emotions change fast, and why some days are harder than others
- How to recognize your triggers and handle the tough moments
- Why you should stop trying to win the whole war at once, and focus on the next step
- How writing, movement, structure and your people help calm your mind and give you control again
Progress, not perfection
Some days, just getting through the day is enough. That still counts as a win. The message is simple: stay here. Stay in the fight. Keep going.
